Please download and fill in the application form and submit a hard copy to the Sojourn Administration (by post) no later than Friday, 21st February 2014 [Electronic submissions will not be accepted]. A confirmation email should be sent to upon posting the documents.

Any applications received after Friday, 21st February 2014 may be processed on the basis that there are spaces left on the programme. However, please note that if there is an increase in the air fare, this will result in an increase to the overall sojourn fee.

Please refrain from including deposits or making any payments when submitting your application. Applicants will be notified of their acceptance onto the course by Wednesday, 26th February 2014.

Successful applicants will be obliged to submit all necessary documents related to applying for their visa and booking their flight. In addition, they will need to make the requisite payments in a timely fashion in order to secure the places on the programme. Any delay or non-payment will inevitably lead to losing one's place on the sojourn.
